Yoga for Peaceful Resilience sessions

Thank you to all our lovely yoga teachers, Margi at Bija Yoga Tasmania, Alison at Huon Valley Yoga, Lynn, Julie at Hobart Breathing Space, and our intrepid participants at our Yoga for Peaceful Resilience sessions over the weekend.

Care for self is part of care for the Earth and if we want to be in it for the long hall we have to respect our needs to rest, recharge and show ourselves the same compassion we extend to those around us. Nice one climate warriors! ???
