We are an evolving network of community members, health professionals, educators, artists, ecologists and everything in between. We want to stimulate local conversation about the impacts of climate disruption on our individual and collective mental wellbeing and find ways that we can respond which are constructive, life-enhancing, and Earth-enhancing.

We are in evolution and seek your input in any form. If you have an interest or expertise in this field, or just something you would like to say or do in this space, we would love to hear from you and work together.

We must say some legal things, and need to make it clear that what we publish here is of a general nature only, and should not be taken as individual medical advice. If you need specific advice or are distressed by any aspect of what you read or see here , or elsewhere, in relation to climate disruption and biodiversity loss please know you are not alone. We hear you. Connect with nature, look, listen and feel the Earth that we care so much about. Remember you are a vital part of the biosphere in your own right, and worthy of the same care and compassion.

There are helpful resources available via the Australian Psychological Society at www.psychology.org.au/…/Psycholog…/Climate-change-psychology. Please reach out to those around you for support and seek medical advice from your GP or other trusted health professional. Please note we are not able to provide a clinical service here, nor are we advertising services, however, if you do not have a GP or other health professional you can talk to about these issues, we can pass on contact details of practitioners who have an interest in this area. Our editors are all passionate about the environment and the wellbeing of its inhabitants, but are not all medical professionals, so please be mindful of this when contacting us and do not include personal medical information.
